We have
well equipped service centre with trained technicians in our
corporate office and in all the dealer's showrooms. We have
customer support team to resolve all the service related queries.
Each complaint is handled in a systematic way starting from
recording the complaint ( Job card for each vehicle ), servicing,
overall inspection and final check up. A detailed record is
maintained to keep the history of each vehicle.
Test drive is given to the customer before delivering the
vehicle. And also we have 'standby vehicle facility'
for the customers who are delayed by the service. Every complaint
is studied thoroughly and rectified properly. |
